Executive Chef Wayne has created a German-inspired set menu served family style, with each dish placed in the centre of the table so everyone can pass the plates around, help themselves and enjoy lunch together. The menu includes light rye bread, cured meats, Yamba prawns, crispy pork knuckle, German sausage, veal schnitzel, traditional sides and a Black Forest mousse served tableside.
Live acoustic music will provide the soundtrack to the afternoon.
Optional wine and beer pairings are available to accompany the menu.
