In response to a request from local businesses, QPRC is hosting a meeting for local businesses to consider re-establishing a business chamber for Queanbeyan.
Former Queanbeyan Business Chamber members Ian McNamee and Bill Baker are coordinating this initial meeting and have offered their support to re-establish the chamber.
Speakers include:
- Mayor Kenrick Winchester
- Ian McNamee and Bill Baker
- Darrell Weekes, Area Representative Southeast NSW – Business NSW
Representatives from the offices of the Hon. Kristy McBain MP and the Hon. Steve Whan MP will be in attendance.
QPRC are hosting this initial event and will encourage interested local businesses to independently pursue any ongoing proposal for a chamber.
