People’s Choice Award – Public voting

The People’s Choice Award recognises and celebrates the best of customer service at businesses across Queanbeyan-Palerang, as chosen by the people.  

This award was voted for by the public with voting open for one week, one area at a time. Each person could cast one vote per week for each area, regardless of where they live. 

  • Area 1: Braidwood, Araluen, Majors Creek, Nerriga: Braidwood Hotel
  • Area 2: Bungendore, Wamboin, Bywong, Hoskinstown, Captains Flat, Carwoola: Captains Flat Hotel
  • Area 3: All Queanbeyan suburbs, Karabar, Googong, Jerrabomberra, Burra: 121 Hair
