COMPETITION PERIOD
The competition period will commence at 0:01am on 16th November 2023 and close at 11.59am on 15th December 2023. Eligible purchases and entries must take place within this period.

VALID ENTRIES
Entry is free with purchases of $20 or more at participating businesses. Details of participating businesses can be found at treasuretrail.com.au.
UNIQUE CODES
A Unique Code will be provided to eligible shoppers by participating businesses. This Unique Code acts as proof of purchase for the purposes of this promotion and will be validated upon completing the online entry form.
INELIGIBLE TRANSACTIONS
Medical prescriptions and over-the-bar sales of alcohol at hotels are ineligible transactions.
DRAW ENTRY
Entrants must complete the online form at treasuretrail.com.au, entering the Unique Code. Entry instructions are supplied with the Unique Code provided by the participating business. By submitting an entry into this promotion, entrants warrant that they have read, understand and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions can be found at treasuretrail.com.au.
RESIDENTIAL ELIGIBILITY
Any resident of New South Wales or the Australian Capital Territory is eligible to enter the draw. Residents of other states, territories or overseas are ineligible to enter.
STAFF
Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council staff employed during the promotion period within the Economy Place & Arts branch are ineligible to enter.
PARTICIPATING BUSINESS OBLIGATIONS
Participating businesses will supply one Unique Code per completed transaction worth over $20 (incl GST) during the promotion period.
DRAW
Each draw will take place using random draw software at the offices of Supercurious Pty Ltd at Level 1 / 15 Kendall Ln Canberra ACT 2601 at 10am on November 23rd, 30th, December 7th, 14th and 15th.
PRIZE DETAILS
Prizes will take the form of a shop credit/gift voucher, valid until 30th June 2024, at participating businesses. Winners will choose which businesses they wish to spend their credit at. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash. A maximum of 25% of each of the three major prizes can be spent in any one business. Weekly prize draws of $500 credit/voucher will take place on November 23rd, 30th, December 7th, and 14th. Major prize draws of $5000, $2000 and $1000 credits/vouchers will take place on December 15th. Once the Promoter has assisted the winners in activating their prizes across the participating businesses (within seven days of the draw), all responsibility and future liabilities associated with the prizes will cease.
PRIZE WINNER NOTIFICATION
All prize winners will be notified by phone and email on the day of the draw taking place or next working day.
PRIZE WINNER PUBLICATION
Details of prize winners may, at the discretion of the Promoter, be placed on social media platforms, web pages, print media and other platforms that the Promoter deems appropriate. Published details may include name, likeness, image and/or video. The outcome of the draw will be available at treasuretrail.com.au.
REDRAW
If a winner has not been successfully notified by 5pm on Monday 16th January 2024, a redraw will take place at 10am on Tuesday 16th January 2024 using random draw software at the offices of Supercurious Pty Ltd at Level 1 / 15 Kendall Ln Canberra ACT 2601.
DISQUALIFICATION OF ENTRIES
The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, disqualify any entry which is not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions.
UNSUCCESSFUL ENTRIES
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incorrectly submitted, invalid or misdirected entries.
