Step into Rusten House for a vibrant mix of exhibitions and performance. Leigh Penton (Changing the Narrative) reframes photography through bold manipulations of light and colour, while Judith Tokley (Ghosts in the Gum) captures the haunting beauty of snow gums through stylised acrylic paintings. Kahli McLeod (Shared Spaces) paints the native birds and animals of Braidwood with detail. A pop-up by Sarah Richards of Marrawuy Journeys offers contemporary Aboriginal artworks and wellbeing pieces. Outdoors, on Saturday Echo Theatre rehearses A Midsummer Night’s Dream live in the garden.
