As part of the South of Sydney (SOS) Tour, internationally acclaimed Uyghur musician Shohrat Tursun joins Australian artist Richard Petkovic for a powerful live performance. A master of the dutar and an interpreter of traditional Uyghur Muqam, Shohrat brings deeply expressive vocals and centuries-old Silk Road musical traditions to an intimate garden setting.
The evening continues with Havana Vibes, introducing warm Cuban-inspired rhythms, before DJ DeDe Da Cruz closes the night with an uplifting global dance set.
