COMPETITION PERIOD
The competition period will commence at 0:01am on 20th April 2026 and close at 11.59pm on 1st June 2026. Eligible purchases and entries must take place within this period.

VALID ENTRIES
Entry is free with purchases of $20 or more at participating businesses. Details of participating businesses can be found at treasuretrail.com.au/win

UNIQUE CODES
A Unique Code will be provided to eligible shoppers by participating businesses. This Unique Code acts as proof of purchase for the purposes of this promotion and will be validated upon completing the online entry form.

INELIGIBLE TRANSACTIONS
Medical prescriptions, stand-alone alcohol sales and gambling transactions are ineligible. Hotel dining room transactions can obtain an entry ticket

DRAW ENTRY
Entrants must complete the online form at treasuretrail.com.au/win, entering
the Unique Code. Entry instructions are supplied with the Unique Code provided by the participating business. By submitting an entry into this promotion, entrants warrant that they have read, understand and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

RESIDENTIAL ELIGIBILITY
Any resident of New South Wales or the Australian Capital Territory is eligible to enter the draw. Residents of other states, territories or overseas are ineligible to enter.

STAFF
Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council sta employed during the promotion period within the Economy, Place & Arts are ineligible to enter.

PARTICIPATING BUSINESS ELIGIBILITY AND OBLIGATIONS
To participate in this promotion, businesses must be located within the Queanbeyan CBD (bordered by Rutledge, Antill, Lowe & Collett St), be locally owned and operated or be a locally operated franchise. All participating businesses are to abide by the T&C’s and will supply one Unique Code per completed transaction worth over $20 (incl GST) during the promotion period.

DRAW
 Each draw will take place using random draw software at the oices of the Supercurious Group at Level 1 / 15 Kendall Ln Canberra ACT 2601 at 10am on April 27th, May 4th,11th, 18 & 25th and June 1st. The major prize draw will take place on Wednesday 3rd June.

PRIZE DETAILS
 Prizes will take the form of a shop credit/gift voucher, valid until 30th September 2026. Winners can choose any participating business with which to spend their prize winnings with. Participating businesses will be listed on the Treasure Trail, QBN Shop & Win webpage. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash. A maximum of 50% of the major prize can be spent in any one business. Weekly prize draws of $500 credit/voucher will take place on April 27th, May 4th , 11th, 18th & 25th and June 1. The major prize draw of $5000 credits/vouchers will take place at 10am on Wednesday June 3rd. Total prize pool for the promotion is $8,000.

Once the Promoter has assisted the winners in activating their prizes across the participating
businesses (within seven days of the draw), all responsibility and future liabilities associated with the prizes will cease.

PRIZE WINNER NOTIFICATION
All prize winners will be notified by phone and email on the day of the draw taking place or next working day.

PRIZE WINNER PUBLICATION
 Details of prize winners may, at the discretion of the Promoter,
be placed on social media platforms, web pages, print media and other platforms that the Promoter deems appropriate. Published details may include name, likeness, image and/or
video. The outcome of the draw will be available at treasuretrail.com.au/win

REDRAW
If a winner has not been successfully notified by 5pm on Monday June 29th, 2026, a redraw will take place at 10am on Tuesday June 30th, 2026 using random draw software at the offices of Coordinate Group at Level 1 / 15 Kendall Ln Canberra ACT 2601.

DISQUALIFICATION OF ENTRIES
The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, disqualify any entry which is not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions.

UNSUCCESSFUL ENTRIES
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incorrectly submitted, invalid or misdirected entries.
