Just Like That!!! brings together a group of artists connected through the Artists Shed community for a vibrant exhibition of paintings and photography at The Queanbeyan Hive in Queanbeyan.
Featuring a diverse collection of creative voices, the exhibition celebrates artistic growth, friendship and the joy of creative expression. Visitors will discover works exploring landscapes, florals, seascapes, birds and everyday moments, expressed through a range of painting styles and photographic perspectives.
The exhibiting artists are hobby painters and photographers who create for the love of the process rather than professional practice. Each artist brings a unique viewpoint while sharing a common appreciation for colour, place and observation. The exhibition reflects the supportive and welcoming environment of the Artists Shed community, where artists gather to exchange ideas, develop skills and enjoy the creative journey together.
The exhibition will be open to the public from 6 March to 22 March during gallery opening hours.
An official opening event will be held on Friday 13 March at 6.30pm, with a complimentary drink on arrival. Visitors are invited to stay afterwards to enjoy live music from 7pm in the Hive’s garden bar, along with freshly made pizzas and refreshments available for purchase.
Located in a heritage cottage in the heart of Queanbeyan, The Queanbeyan Hive is a creative hub supporting local artists, exhibitions and live music.
