2026 Season at The Q and The B
Expect another year of exciting shows and electric performances at the Queanbeyan Performing Arts Centre, better known as The Q, and the Queanbeyan Bicentennial Hall, referred to as The B. The program typically spans classic and contemporary theatre, stand up comedy, live concerts, dance productions and children’s entertainment, along with festivals and special events that bring the community together.
The season kicks off during the summer school holidays, making it an ideal time for families to catch a show together.
Music by the River, 21 February 2026
4–10pm, Queen Elizabeth II Park
Gates open at 4pm, with the Canberra Symphony Orchestra on stage at 7pm
Bring the whole family down for a night of Queen’s greatest hits, featuring the Canberra Symphony Orchestra. Bring your own picnic or treat yourselves to something from the local food and drink stalls.

The Queanbeyan Market
Every third Sunday of the month, Queanbeyan Park
The Queanbeyan Market is the perfect way to spend a Sunday, whether you are a local, passing through or visiting from Canberra. Wander through stalls filled with handmade goods, local produce and artisan treats, enjoy live music and great food, and soak up the community spirit. Bring a picnic blanket, grab a coffee and see the park and town at its Sunday best.
